*** Change the name of API [#j12fd9bd]

The names of the following two APIs in SibObj class have been changed, because the naming is vague and it causes misunderstanding.

- Old: SetVelocity  (It existed, but didn't work.)
- New: SetLinearVelocity (It works well now.)

- Old: SetObjectVelocity
- New: SetAngularVelocityToParts
