Fix major bugs †

• Several memory leaks are fixed.
• A major problem is fixed that the simulator shows strange behavior after about 30 minutes from the start.

Change the name of API †

The names of the following two APIs in SibObj class have been changed, because the naming is vague and it causes misunderstanding.

• Old: SetVelocity (It existed, but didn't work.)
• New: SetLinearVelocity (It works well now.)

• Old: SetObjectVelocity
• New: SetAngularVelocityToParts
