Added Oculus Rift (DK1) mode in SIGViewer †

You can choose normal view and OculusRift view in SIGViewer

Added iCub robot model in SIGServer †

You can use iCub robot model. The SIGVerse developer team really appreciate Prof.Giorgio Metta and his team at IIT.
